Welcome to Surya Homestay! We aim to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. Please read our Booking & Payment Policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Reservation Process

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • Reservations can be made through our website, email, or by phone.
    • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking details.
  2. Advance Payment:

    • To confirm your reservation, a minimum advance payment of [3z0%] of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation as per our policy below.
  3. Booking Details:

    • Please ensure all booking details, including guest names, contact information, and stay dates, are accurate. Any changes to these details should be communicated to us as soon as possible.

2. Payment Options

  1. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments through the following methods:
      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
      • Online Payment Gateways (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay, Google Pay, etc.)
      • Bank Transfer
      • Cash (upon arrival, for the remaining balance)
  2. Full Payment:

    • Full payment for the booking must be completed before or upon check-in. Any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., meals, tours) must be settled before check-out.
  3. Transaction Charges:

    • Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the guest. We do not cover additional bank or payment gateway charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  1. Check-In Time:

    • Standard check-in time is [12:00 PM]. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. Check-Out Time:

    • Standard check-out time is [11:00 AM]. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Identification:

4. Special Requests

  1. Custom Arrangements:

    • Any special requests (e.g., additional beds, early/late check-in) must be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Additional Charges:

    • Special requests may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to your stay.

5. Group Bookings

  1. Group Reservations:

    • For group bookings (3 or more rooms), a separate group booking policy may apply. Please contact us directly for more information on group rates and terms.
  2. Deposit:

    • A higher advance payment or deposit may be required for group reservations, and specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.
